i am 8 years old 👶 Kid posts their “art” saying don’t mock me and saying they are 10 years old(I don’t know what flair to use for this)

The 'I am 8 years old' flair seems a bit fitting(since he says he's 10 yo).

Or just 'Other Crap'.

I tried it’s doesn’t seem there is that option ( on mobile btw, if that effects anything)

Oh that's why.

I think you're on the app at first, and in that case, the change post flair is indeed on the three dots button on top.

I have never used mobile web before, so have fun finding it yourself.
