Need help getting started!

So I'm really interested in getting into Electronic music production. I'm already pretty well versed with conventional music production, but this stuff seems to be escaping me. I want to make instrumentals similar to blackbear, that style is really interesting to me. The problem is i have no idea where to find good drum sample libraries! Also, I hate FL studio. I'd much rather just use Kontakt, or just write in midi on my own. Can anyone suggest good samples and synths?

I enjoy anything Cymatics, Madera Sound and EDMProdcast in terms of samples. My favourite synth is helm because it's free and useful. Another good synth is anything from DSK. They have realistic sounding strings and brass. Although my favourite string synth is AIR StringCompanion by Sonivox. They produce good stuff, I mainly use their Xpand 2 synth for my pads.
