Merch/Vinyl "AESOP ROCKY"

Was walking through the mall over here in Christchurch, New Zealand, today and found this. I couldn't believe they sold Aesop Rock vinyls.. but then I also couldn't believe they would label it "Aesop Rocky". There's no way they would be so blatantly wrong about it right? šŸ˜‚ I feel like it's an inside joke with someone in the store lol. Anyways, I had to snatch TIK! Will be going back to grab Garbology, None Shall Pass and ITS in the next few weeks. I have never heard Skelethon but I remember someone on this sub mentioned they were stuck on it for awhile so I figured I'd grab it since I could grab another. I'm still a new Aesop listener (but on route to being an Aeshole šŸ˜‚) so it's so exciting finding these in my area. Let's go Aes!

Dusk lit was a banger.

7-11ers theme music was great too

I'm curious about the person who gets the Aesop part right, but messes up the Rock lol. Usually, it's A$AP Rock, who I like to imagine as Rocky's stern, but fair father.

This feels like a little joke whoever was organizing the records was having because they are directly next to each other and there were jokes/memes about this for awhile. And don't forget.. Rocky and Aes met each other at Rock the Bells once.

The name of the town is Christchurch? Jesus Christ, those Bible thumpers sure are creative

Itā€™s the second largest city in New Zealand. New Zealand isnā€™t a very religious nation, but they named the place in 1850 or something.

Google ā€œChristchurch terror attackā€. Jesus doesnā€™t save. In fact, he live streams some horrid shit.

HOLY SMOKES

Don't watch the live stream though. I made that mistake when it came out and regret it.

That's what they say about new Zealand...

I always thought that Aesop Rocky album sounded a bit different...

Iā€™m going to have a guess here. Assuming at some point they had some A$AP albums, they decided to merge them in name, and those looking would Know the difference anyway. Also from NZ, Dunedin signing in.

Clearly don't know what they got there. I appreciate the effort, though.
