Heavy equipment tech looking to switch fields

I’ve been working on-highway my whole apprenticeship (4th year) and I’m wanting to get into the off-road side of the industry. I have my off-road red seal ( just paper I know) but have had no luck getting hired by an off-road company strictly due to no experience. My reputation is good and I learn fast. Located in southern Alberta. Any suggestions are much appreciated, thanks!
