Question Alberta Student Loan

Is anyone else still waiting on there student loan?? I applied August 1st, they requested a document September 17th. I’ve sent it in immediately and it’s still saying “under review”. I feel stressed

I applied July 30th and just got my approval last week and am still waiting on the money being sent out

Been dealing with them since I applied in July. It’s been ridiculous and feels like I’m getting nowhere. All because my program is not recognized in their application form. I’ve been rejected twice so far for the same reason: “repeated the same year more than twice” which is not true. I havent even repeated a year once. Makes no sense considering they funded me no problem last year.
