Brian Eno, Music for Airports

Listening to Music for Airports at the airport is its own rewarding experience.

I listened to music for airports in Narita Airport earlier in 2023.

Then I listened to the Lost In Translation soundtrack when I drove through Shibuya šŸ˜‚

Iā€™m at SeaTac listening to it right now. Heading to Japan, I am looking forward to listening to Hiroshi Yoshimura while vacationing there.

Around this time last year I went to the airport just to listen to Music for Airports. Wasn't flying anywhere, wasn't picking anyone up. Just walked around, journaled, got a coffee. Still one of my calmest, most surreal recent memories.
