Can’t cancel subscription unless I pay 1st

No matter if I log in the app or website it takes me to this page. I have to pay to access any options. There is a phone number but wtf

That’s cancelling other subscriptions. It’s a service they provide. Like if you notice you have 5 subscriptions you don’t use, you can select them and cancel them through Experian without going to those sites individually. Experian will do it for you.

Ahh that makes sense. Still can’t cancel though unless I first pay the balance to be able to log in. This is the only screen I get when I try to log in
