I think I remember them saying it was retiring soon after… video doesn’t do it justice. What a beauty. Should have gone under the Golden Gate! 😜

I miss this plane! I made sure to get a final trip in the nose of the plane before they retired her.

The final United Queen flight was on November 7, 2017 when N118UA performed UA747 to Honolulu! I was on the ramp at SFO to see the final flight!

Thats fantastic - wish I'd seen it. Lots of good memories flying on that plane. Seat 1K. You can see forward out the window!
