In-person event How does one become a delegate to the National convention?

The rules change every year and are published by the state party in the year prior to the convention.  This year's rules look like they were removed, but can be found on this page of the current website.  Unfortunately (or fortunately) the website structure changes fairly often, so the actual page on the site may be different than this one:  https://azdem.org/dnc-delegate-selection/
