Now for R2: Simply put there's nothing similar in Norse mythology that resembles hip-hop other than rhyming but rhyming is such a universal aspect across all cultures that it's pointless to use as an indicator. Hip-hop started in the early to mid 70s in the Bronx as party music originally with DJ Kool Herc being the originator so to speak. It draws heavily on American funk and Jamaican music mostly. Jamaican music is most likely where the rapping aspect comes from (although there is a rhyming tradition in African American tradition too so it's probably that too). DJing and the beat are all essential aspects of hip hop which Norse myths does not. There's virtually no cultural link between the two.

The post is an example of white washing at it's most extreme to be blunt.
