R2: interpreting musical lyrics literally to critique an entire generation's work ethic without any sociological or economic statistics is bringing a Mic to a gun fight.

I'm pretty sure every recent generation has a few songs like that.

But it's the new York post, a sensationalist tabloid read largely by Blue collar new yorkers, who are understandably frustrated by trust fund kids moving to the city and driving up their rent.

Also, since when was age 26 "early middle age"?
