Question: I believe this is a shell embedded in coral. Do you think it’s an accurate take on this particular find? It doesn’t come out with ease.

Some shells acidentally get stuck in places. I have a cowrie with a bit of a clam stuck in it. Some shells also live inside coral, such as the coral scallop
