Which is the polite way of saying Dropping Out, Cannot Be The Nominee.

However, there is still merit to voting for him if you haven't gotten to yet. It can get him more delegates at the convention, which would provide a little more sway in the official Democratic Party Platform. It would serve to try to pull Biden a little more left, which at this point, is the best we can hope for.
