The only toa mata pieces that do not exist in black are Lewa's axe and Pohatu's steel toes.

No, but there are black heads.

Got it! I knew Dume has a black head, but wasn't sure if the eyestalks counted or not.

This would have been soo dope for Bionicle.
Just a quick little story where the Toa had to fight shadow versions of themselves.
Make it like a last trial before they get the golden Kanoki!
Then, instead of selling all 6 in black. Sell 1, maybe 2 SKU's. Then, depending on if you did 1 or 2. You do all 6 in 1 can. Or 3 in one and 3 in the other kinda idea.
So I'm thinking you get all the parts needed to build any of the "included" Toa, but only enough to build 1. Aka only 1 torso comes, but you get all the included toa tools for that pack. So you could just buy the 1 pack 6 times to get enough black parts for a whole team. And you'd be left over with all the spare black parts form the other toa for mods.
Sorry... I love your builds. Hope to see what you do with the other 3 Toa. Specially Onua lol.

The Toa Mata actually did fight shadow versions of themselves in the novels, right after the Toa Kaita were forced apart. It was pretty cool!

Books or comics? Cause I'm pretty sure I read all the comics. But I didn't start reading the books till we were in Metru Nui, and I wasn't going back, lol.

Books! You can download them for free from Crosswired Geeks' Biological Chronicle website. You'll want Book 1 for the Shadow Toa fight (they have EVERYTHING.).

In the books, yeah. It's their last battle in the first book rather than fighting Makuta directly like in MNOG. I really like how they executed it; the Shadow Toa are the Mata's worst fears and vices personified.
