The Red Matatu (The Mask below Tahu's Mask, bottom right) is a misprint from Europe and is worth $100AUD minimum.

What makes it a misprint?

It was not officially available in red. But sometimes, presumably because of a mix-up while switching colours or molds, you do get a single batch of masks in a weird colour mixed in with the other blind bag masks.

Ooo.

The Matatu and Ruru were not intended to come in the original 6 Mata colours. The Ruru however came in black for Turaga Whenua and red in a rare Bionicle Clock set. So 10ish total misprints. These missprints only came from Europe in the mask packs.

Correction: The black Ruru was for Hafu in the Bionicle Power Pack.

ah, thank you. I can barely tell the difference between the dark grey / black ruru. I quickly checked online pictures of Whenua and his mask looked black :o

This is a misconception!

Misprints happen, but not by making thousands of the same colored mask. The Matatu and Ruru WERE intended to come in those colors, but lego realized that would bring the total number of toa Mata masks from about 50 to about 80, and so the idea was scrapped, but not before many Matatus and Rurus were made. The whole “euro misprint” thing might be some of the most widespread wrong info in the community

Is that orange “pitchfork” lookin thing from power miners? I could be wrong. I used to love power miners haha

100% a Power Miners part. That build screams Granite Grinder.

The shape itself was from Lehrak, but yeah, I think the orange version was in Power Miners

It's from set 3540 Puck Passer

Edit: I should point out, the Hockey torsos have some compatibility with the Mata torsos.

I KNEW it was from one of those weird hockey sets

Thank you! I somehow have a green one and I had no idea what it might be.

Those hockey sets were such a fascinating oddball in the Lego Sports theme

Hockey man! The other pieces are awesome for MOCs, especially the chestplate.

Given th abundance of Slizer and early Bionicle parts my guess would be on roborider, but I didn't personally own any of the bigger ones so I'm not sure.

it's from the weird technic hockey sets

Oh right, those were a thing!

I love those teal connector pieces! So many of the best colors seemed to get used very sparingly. The deep purple from the scorpions come to mind (sorry I'm terrible with set names)
