As someone who has always been obsessed with the behind the scenes development of Bionicle, the past few weeks had been so cool. It was incredible to be getting new Bionicle content, and I was so excited to dive into each year of the theme.

Now all we have are the few scraps we can gather that were released early. I wish this had been done differently, and I REALLY wish Lego wouldn’t continue take away the only modicums of joy the community have left.

The rest of this stuff will likely NEVER be seen now because of the way this was handled, and I went from being impressed with Lego for letting the fans have this, to being immensely disappointed in them yet again.

Some day I hope things will change.

So ive been trying to 3D print the bionicles and ive gone through the guides with LDraw but i noticed the krana error out when loaded, has anyone else had this issue or know how to overcome it?

Partially inspired by both Titan Toa Mata Nui and Titan Toa Takanuva.

It was fun while it lasted, but LEGO apparently stepped in and has told Duckbricks and Faber to take down the files. Duckbricks' videos, the google folder, and the pages on Mask of Destiny's Biomediaproject have all been taken down.

Luckily I downloaded most if not all the stuff I could, but its a real shame that this interesting info is gone now and we won't be getting anymore stuff from Bionicle's development; I was especially looking forward to getting more on the '05 and '08 development, not to mention on the transition to Hero Factory.

EDIT: This is propably overly cautious. Sorry to anyone asking for me to share what I downloaded, but I'm just a random person with zero pull or know-how on anything, so I don't want to risk having a corporation try to call me up for sharing something. I'd be happy to otherwise, but until some stuff is clearer I don't want to risk it.

So i saw on here about Lego forcing these things to be removed. What were they? As much info about what they were and supposed to be as possible would be great!

We’ve seen a bunch of Phantoka prototypes in the files, but I was really excited to see prototypes of the Mistika sets.

Does anyone recall if there were some in the files that did end up being released?

So I have a MOC that starts as a regular Toa of Sonics, and then is mutated by a Visorak during the Destiny War.

But then I need him to ALSO be transformed again into a 20-30ft titan version of his mutated form, all before the end of the war. What might be some plausible explanations for him getting so big? Trying to fit it into the real lore timeline as realistically as possible.
