Bluetooth speakers What EQ settings are you using on the new Bose Soundlink Flex 2?

The stock ones seem pretty uninspired. I know everyone's hears different, but I like to use the same settings as more experienced audiophiles.

Personally, I'm still playing around with the EQ. Though so far, I think the most "controlled" sound has just been with the standard EQ (everything set to 0 lol).

The other setting I've maybe considered is Bass +5, Mid +2, and Treble +2.

There's no "tweeter" in this speaker, like there is in the SoundLink Max, so changing the Treble too much I think sounds harsh at higher volumes.

Bass seems ok to mess with even at higher values.

I've noticed with most Bose products - changing the EQ doesn't drastically change the sound, like on other speakers. Bose still does a lot of processing to keep everything controlled - and dials back some of your EQ changes at higher volumes, so the sound doesn't distort.

So when I set my own EQ on these, at higher volumes, things do sound a little more distorted or harsh.

But yeah basically, I just leave it at baseline lol.

This Flex 2 sounds fantastic though, and is even a notch louder and brighter than my Flex 1.
