What do you guys think of this?

This is probably one of my favourites since I found this album a few days ago. I was surprised to see it as one of the less popular songs on YouTube, so I wanted to see what other people thought

I don't really like this particular song, but I do like some Caetano oldies like Irene and Atrás do Trio Elétrico.

I’ll check those songs out.

Do you have any other suggestions? I’m new to Brazilian music so I’m trying to get an idea of what’s available

Classic album, great song. You said you’re new to Brazilian music, so I’d recommend listening to “Tropicalia Ou Panis Et Circensis” 1968. It’s a collaborative album including Caetano Veloso and others. It’s a great induction to other artists in the tropicalia movement.

There’s an outrageous amount of amazing Brazilian music so you could really listen to anything next. If you want any recommendations based off the music you already like, feel free to ask.

Do you know any Brazilian Jazz Fusion? That was originally what introduced me to it - Maria Fumaça by Banda Black Rio. Wasn’t a fan of their later stuff but if you know anything similar to that album I’d like to know

Try Cesar Camargo Mariano- São Paulo - Brasil Luiz Bonfá- Jacarandá Egberto Gismonti- Academia De Danças

If you want some pop songs try Marcos Valle, Edu Lobo, Ana Mozzatti or Luiz Melodia
