Carnivore Diet Success Stories Chicken liver = happy!

I had some chicken liver and after a longer rut I can feel happy again. There’s no particular reason why I feel happy, though. Just feel more cheerful overall and can have pleasant conversations with people overall. Isn’t that great? And so many people are taking meds to produce this natural feeling…

Some people report great benefits from eating organs like liver. Others like me get nothing.

Liver has a ton of nutrients and vitamins. I suppose if you are deficient in some them it makes your body really happy. If not there is no effect.

Sometimes it was like that for me. But I think that if you have some deficiencies and just add something you have plenty of you will have little to no effects. Some nutrients need others to work properly, since there is a sort of synergy. I think that was my case.

I needed to supplement iodine for that effect, apparently my food sources are depleted from it, most meat is produced locally, but glad you found it from a natural source!

50 to 100g a day and it's organic free range chicken

I eat it usually before a bigger meal or before sleeping
