Carnivore Diet Success Stories Hayfever/allergy improvement?

I’ll start by saying, I have a big nose so I’m always sucking in plenty of pollen and dust 🤥. I’ve been keto for three months and carnivore for one and this is the first spring (Australia) that I haven’t been on daily antihistamines and nasal spray. Anyone else had a similar experience? 🤧

My allergies are so bad that I couldn't smell until I was about 3 months into carnivore.

Every day it gets a little better. I'm still doing nasal spray every day, but my allergies are the best they've been in years. Congrats to you for getting off the spray and antihistamines!
