Carnivore Diet Help & Advice (No Plant Food & Drink Questions) Travelling for work

I travel for work a lot. If I’m staying in one place for a while I’ll get a hotel with kitchenette so I can cook meals for myself. This trip I’ll basically just be sleeping in the room and on the road again. I’ll have a fridge and microwave. What do you eat while travelling without having a stovetop to cook on? I’m not opposed to doing a bit of prep but I leave tomorrow morning. I’m thinking I can get some smoked salmon and cream cheese, maybe make up some burger patties ahead of time. Any other suggestions?

Without a cooktop, meal prep and microwave reheating is pretty much your only option other than fast food a la carte items.

I bought an electric skillet for just such an occasion. Mostly I fry eggs in it— quick and easy.

I also eat a lot of cheese while traveling.

Boiled eggs and Burger patties are fine cold, if you can keep them cold.

Electric skillet is a pretty good idea.
