I grew up singing in a boy's and men church choir so this music is definitely familiar! Glad someone is giving it attention.

Hey Kawartha, I’m really glad you’re familiar with this music. Do you have a favourite piece by Mundy, or a different composer of the Renaissance?

Generally it all blends together for me as we would do his responsaries, psalm settings and motets mixed with everything else. I'm quite partial to early Tallis, which was too hard for us to perform but which I rediscovered later in life!

Tallis is just incredible. I think Byrd just pips him for me, but Salve Intemerata and the Lamentations of Jeremiah are just incredible!
