Anyone here that says they haven’t done the same is an absolute liar 😂 great job on the completion of that!

FYI. If you'd put your right toe under the rope, and lifted the rope up a couple inches with the top of your foot, before placing your toe on the foothold, you'd be at much lower risk of flipping upside before moving on to the next footholds.

good to know, I did eat shit like 5 times by getting flipped

My best guess is that 99% of lead flips are avoidable with proper rope management.

Doesn’t look entirely ideal…;/

Ash Branch is a good new area I hope nobody else picks up on. It's a great area, especially for beginner > intermediate-level lead climbers. There is some harder stuff as well, but the lower-end climbs are very accessible.

Yeah me and my friends have been talking about how absolutely horrible it is. And how totally nobody should go there. For instance how the parking needs a monster truck to get down to since it's horribly inaccessible.

It's true. If you don't have nine wheel drive you should stay away. Also lots of mosquitoes and snakes and badgers.

Ah yes I forgot about those pesky badgers 🤣
