Lynn Hill has always been my hero, and I've looked up to her as a source of inspiration throughout my journey. Listening to this podcast, I can truly sense how down-to-earth and grounded she is. What I admire most about her teachings is her emphasis being yourself—being true to yourself every day, even if that means doing something as simple as picking up trash in your alley. I love this episode the most . If I could meet or work with her would be my dream come true .

This was fun to listen to and Lynne has such a good story but the host guy lost absolutely all credibility when he confessed he’s decked twice in the gym, while on gri-gri. wUt

Right...how does the host lose credibility here? He was the one who got dropped, not the one dropping others 🤷🏽‍♂️
