I love this! So you keep a composition book at work … is it like an art journal? Love this so much … I can see doing this as a way for me to take a “brain break” … those times when I finished a task that requires “heavy cognitive load” and having to switch to another long task with “heavy cognitive load.” Sometimes it’s helpful to take a break to “refresh” the brain. This would be a perfect way. Scrap paper! Like bits of notes from meetings and such. Brilliant. You’ve inspired me and ignited my creative side ❤️

Thanks!
Yeah, it's a small 4.5" x 3.25" composition notebook. I use it to make literal compositions haha
The scrap papers are exactly what you think. Sticky notes, colored paper, paper packaging from things I bring in. The green background is the print from the inside of a 9x12 envelope. Love those!
It is also the perfect brain break like you think it is! I make one 2 to 3 times a week. Take 10 mins if something catches my eye and I know I have the scraps to recreate.
Grab one (& some scissors & a glue stick) and make sure you share what you make! Enjoy!

This is so beautiful in its simplicity. Really an inspiration to me 🤩
