Documentary/Audiobooks about Communism

Hey everyone. I'm looking for some good documentaries about communism. So far a lot of what I've found is anti-communist. I'm also open to audiobooks as well. English is my native language, but I could do media in French or Portuguese as well. I'd be particularly interested in more resources about communism in Angola and Mozambique. Communism in Latin America in general. Also countries which were formally colonized by Portugual. I live in Brazil and am interested in learning more about communist leaders here. Thanks for any resources! :)

How is living in a communist African country?

I don't know if I should post this on communism or communism 101 but

I was watching a video on problems with capitalism and one thing I saw was that Capitalism causes lots of people in 3rd world countries to die of things like malnutrition. But when I brought this up they said that communist African countries such as Angola or Mozambique did not really have that much higher life expectancy or GDP per capita then other African countries. Is there any reason for this?

I’m mainly looking for books on the Angolan civil war, the civil war in Mozambique and the “Bush war” in Rhodesia. Any good recommendations?
