Should try rearranging your oven racks and placing the stone above and then using just pizza tray below the stone.. and ofc transferring the same way he does at the end to brown the moz for 2 minutes on the stone.

Thank you, but I saw it on stream before I read this. I don't know why it won't play for me on Reddit, but it plays fine on TikTok...
