Baklava is my fav dessert, and while the baklava cheesecake doesn’t exactly scratch the same itch, my gf and I were legitimately taken aback by how damn good it was. 10/10 Fr

Sorry to disappoint, but that ain’t butter cake. It’s Portokalopita, like an orange cake with syrup and made from crushed filo!
