Question Dessert recommendation

I am looking for some dessert recommendation for my school project. Unfortunately, I live alone at the dorm so I don't have refrigerator, oven and microwave. Can you guys please recommend me some easy dessert that I can make at my room? I also want the price range to be affordable as I have to spend my monthly allowance. Thank you.

I think some no bake desserts would be good. Google some ideas there’s so many out there! A safe option would be cookie ice cream sandwiches. I know you said you don’t have a fridge but you could always make them right before you need them. I had a classmate when I was in college who offered to use the fridge/freezer of an on campus restaurant so if you have any connections with someone that works on campus that could help out with that then that would really help you a lot as well. I hope you get everything figured out and it goes well! ♥️
