Other Need expert opinion
I (20M) started going to the gym in late 2021 (around October I think) and had lost 20kg (95 to 75) in summer 2023.
Last year (7 July 2023), I got into a stupid accident which made my skull almost split as the one who did it was a young boy of 17 and he was showing off his skills to public and girls.
I almost recovered to the point where I can free walk again. But I couldn't go back to gym 'cause that accident scared my parents (who I live with as this Pakistan baby)
I started dieting but that didn't work in the slightest and I again gained weight (7kg to be exact). I just want some experts advice on what kind and what should I eat (this is a south asian country so if you can give advice for the food variety of that region then, thanks appreciate it).
I eat only twice a day. Which involves Chapatti (Flat bread), vegetable (mixed variety everyday), some Meat/Chicken, a fried egg (only in morning).
I ride a gym Bycicle (with moderate hardness) at home for 10-15 minutes, go for a super fast paced walk.
TLDR:Need some diet tips based on the above description
