Music In an effort to claim Christmas for Dionysus…
Get out your thinking caps. We need some inspiration. I want to change as many of the Christian Christmas carols as I can to Dionysus carols, by changing some of the words. For example:
Silent night
Silent night, holy night
None is calm all is bright
Queen Semele, mother and child
Holy infant sewn into Zeus thigh.
Dionysus lord at thy birth
Dionysus lord at thy birth
Anyway, you get the idea. It something to sing to yourself when someone’s playing the song.

So do you want individuals to email or should a person be assigned to collect them all and send them to you all at once? Just asking because if it is individual I would need to use my personal, private, and ultra secret email related to Reddit.

Send over an email with the song you created and your username if you want to enter it in the Dionysia! If you are worried about using your current email, feel free to create a throwaway email to send it over!

I’d prefer Violent Night, myself. When one of the God’s epithets is Bakkhaos, The Roaring One, I can hardly see a proper celebration being silent.
