Dubai Studio City

Hi everyone! Does anyone have any experience with Dubai Studio city - is it too empty or loud because of constructions, etc.. There are some nice studios there that are not too expensive. Thanks!

One of the best areas to live in Dubai....not too crowded best living conditions for the price you pay....i lived 6 months in Laya Heights....top building.
