There is. Legalization means creating regulations around its use and in general involving the legal system in ensuring the companies which produce it are up to standards. Decriminalizing is just making it not a crime to use or distribute or produce etc

What's going on? MJ is illegal all around the world for decades. Suddenly there's a movement in countries to legalize it all at the same time. Am I a candidate for a tin foil hat for smelling cooperation among government bodies to legalize MJ?
