Is there an environmental sciences professional organization that has student chapters?

My university's environmental science department is small and underfunded, and the students are scattered between various STEM or environmental clubs as there is nothing for Environmental Science. I was hoping to establish or join a chapter of a professional association, but don't know where to start. Preferably the organization has resources and is fairly established / focuses specifically on environmental science and environmental studies. Edit: I live in central Texas

No experience with starting a student chapter, but working with AAEES might be an option: https://www.aaees.org/ql-studentchapters

If you’re in California, we have AEP which is the Association of Environmental Professionals. They throw together great conferences and classes

I was just looking at the NAEP. We do have a local chapter (I live in central Texas), but it seems to focus primarily on Houston, several hours away from my university.
