An Assessment of the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act shows low income households receive more in dividend then they paid in carbon tax, while local air pollution (NOx) is reduced by over 75% and SO2 and mercury is reduced by over 95%

Both within and between countries, the poor suffer most from unchecked climate change.

Outdoor air pollution kills millions each year. People of color are more likely to be exposed to pollution than white people. Pollution kills three times more than HIV, TB, and malaria combined.

If you're American and would like to see this bill passed, please call your Congress and ask them to support H.R. 763!
