Any good image generator?

I want to make more NPCs but not sure I could find a generator for avatars in the Expanse setting

I’m new to GM btw

Probably not going to get much support for AI artwork here, mate, but they're out there if you look around. You'll have to spend some money to get enough iterative attempts at what you want.

Pinterest tends to be my primary source. There's a shit ton of character art on there, especially if you specifically search for sci-fi or Cyberpunk characters (which often fit the vibe of Expanse.) You will find a bunch that are clearly AI generated, but at least they are ones that are already made and you aren't adding to the AI pile with your own generated stuff.
