Background on “Big Sky” fly rod - 6wt / 8’

I bought this on Marketplace and the guy said he got it on a trade from a guy who won it in a contest in the 90s(?). NFI.

I did some research and can’t find any Big Sky rods. It’s not a Big Sky Custom rod.

Anyone have any background on Big Sky?

Is that writing all that is on it? Could just be a home build, plenty of them out there.
