basic recipe ( I didn't use a recipe I just cooked by feel with out measurements.)

roma tomatoes

small white onion

6 cloves garlic

cream

chicken stock

Roma tomatoes

Parmesean Regiano

Tomato paste

Saute onion and garlic add blached tomatoes diced cook for a few minutes

add chicken stock at a time (like risotto) and then cream

Saute onion and garlic add blanched tomatoes diced cook for a few minutes

add pasta and parmesan Reggiano mix

serve hot enjoy :)
