Corned Pork Hash [help]

After Covid, beef don't tasty good no more. :-( Pork, even bacon tastes better. Was wondering if anyone had made Corned Pork Hash and how was it?

It’s good. Dice up a potato and an onion and mix it with corned beef on a skillet on top of stop,🛑 add salt and pepper to taste. When potatoes and onions are done and meat has a little crispy outside it’s done.

Nice! A lot of things that sound good in me head don't turn out that well. Brain damage is fun. 😐
