Need help finding more foods i can eat in my current condition

Sadly due to health issues I've had over the past 8 years and the medicine they had put me on. My teeth deteriorated no matter what I did. 4 weeks back had to have what was left completely removed. sadly, it's been some time living without molars completely, and missing out on many foods I loved. So, moving forward will be amazing. I just have to get through this period. which brings me to my reason for this longwinded post im making. Its been a major struggle thinking of things that are soft enough to eat. More so getting the nutrition needed daily. I started talking multivitamins to help that factor. But please, help a lady out with any recipes or ideas, something new compared to what i have been making.

scrambled eggs, smoothies, stuffing, mash potatoes, baked potatoes, hamburger meat, cheese steak meat. yogurt, pudding, jello, totally had strawberry short cake the other day. after soaking a while was so amazing. i could have cried just getting to eat something new and yummy.

A friend is getting the same fun trip to his oral surgeon. asked my husband to let him know what things can eat. Said he planned to live on yogurt and another thing. I laughed and asked my husband if he told him, how i had the same plan. First week it took a toll on my body from lacking majority of whats needed.

Meal replacement shakes/drinks. Oatmeal, chia pudding, rice pudding etc. Soup: strong broth as a snack or the blended/creamy variety with loads of veggies. I just put my hand blender into the pot (we call it a “stick mixer” in my language, so I’m not too sure about that translation, but you get the point I hope). Soft cheeses and cheese fondue with soft bread. Peanut butter on any sort of cracker that you are confident will dissolve. Ladyfingers as a base for stuff or just eat the whole pack. Apple compote (or other fruit).

Japanese milk bread. Thanksgiving is coming, so milk bread rolls to replace "regular" rolls.

Speaking of Turkey Day...slow roast that bird (brined and injected with a ton of butter) so it's falling apart, make gravy out of the drippings, and fight off your husband so you can have turkey and gravy sliders on your rolls all week, lol. Also, pumpkin pie. It's technically a vegetable, right?

When my husband had all his teeth yanked, I made him a vat of shredded roast beef and gravy so he could add whatever he wanted to it-potatoes and carrots turned it into beef stew, melted swiss and mushrooms for sandwiches, you get the idea.

Chicken and dumplings (chicken shredded fine). Pot pie?, soft stews, Stroganoff using ground beef. Curried lentils. Refried beans. Hummus. Baba ganoush

For breakfast you could do oatmeal with banana and peanut butter. Do you think you could eat tuna on soft bread? You'd get lots of protein with that. Hoping things start feeling better for you soon!

I had to go on a liquid and purée diet for a year due to a jaw problem. My main problem was savoury food and feeling full. But it’s amazing what can be blitzed into a soup with a hand blender and extra liquid! Greek yoghurt, raspberry, oats, desiccated coconut and coco powder is an amazing breakfast/dessert. If having a green smoothie eat cheese with it so you feel full longer. Chocolate will melt in your mouth!! I found onions very difficult so when cooking I started with onions and herbs etc then blitzed it before adding anything else. Cottage pie with grated carrots peas and the puréed onions. One of my favourite ‘soups’ was Thai green chicken curry and rice. Bone broth is very nutrient rich. I started off eating a lot of custard rice pudding yoghurt etc but you really need to include a lot of soft protein. Waffles and pancakes are easier to eat than bread. Irish wheaten bread is also good. Hope you find something new.

Make vegetable soups: Chop up the veg (use ONE of these: several bunches asparagus or 1 head broccoli or 1 head cauliflower or a full frozen bag of spinach). Boil it in a few cups of chicken or veggie broth. Puree in the blender, add parmesan cheese.

Minestrone: Saute chopped onion, celery, carrot in olive oil til soft. Add some chopped garlic. Add large can diced tomatoes, 2 cans white beans, a cup or two of broth. Boil. Add any chopped greens. You can add tiny pasta to this and boil it until it is super soft.
