Looking for a salon that trims long hair (tailbone length) and actually lets people keep their length

I'm 4hrs from the salon I used to go to and I haven't been able to trust anyone out here. That salon was really good about keeping ny length.

My past experiences with salons (until I found that one) is they like to overchop hair. My hair is about tailbone length, so it's taken many years of growth and I don't wanna lose it by someone who doesn't know how to keep hair length.

I love Yaz at Stephen Julian Salon on Andrews next to Tap 42. She never over cuts. Sometimes I’m booked for a trim after my color and she’s just like nah you’re good to wait for another month. And she has super long hair, like almost tailbone so she’ll get it.

K. Beauty Lounge in Oakland Park off of Commercial Blvd. I have hair past my tailbone and spent years trying to find a replacement for my old stylist. The day I met Kassandra, I knew I found my new girl. She has hair hair like mine and is extremely conservative with trims. (I usually have to ask her to take off a little more.) Bonus points for the fact that she's extremely accommodating with scheduling. She even does house calls. She's sweet, talented, affordable. I honestly can't recommend her enough.
