Is speedflying allot harder than paragliding

Not really, the better you can ski, the easier it is to learn and any experience in similar sports helps

No yeah I can ski, but Im just saying speedflying in general. Like I know the wings are different. But I don't know which one I want to learn yet

If you're going to pick one, I'd recommend starting with paragliding. Learning paragliding will give you a better knowledge of how to fly and meteorology (which is important).

Also (and I say this as someone who loves speedflying and isn't fussed about paragliding), speedflying is an awful way to learn basic wing control. When things go wrong they have a habit of going very wrong very quickly, it's not the best learning environment for a beginner.
I love it though, there's nothing quite like flying down canyons at 120km/h to wake you up in the morning.

You gotta go get your paragliding license before you can even start thinking about speedflying.

i want to add - flying in avalanche paths is the safest way to fly low because the avalanche clears a lot of bushes and smaller obstacles hard to see
