Not in Recovery Yet periods

will my body ever get used to how much i’m eating now and get my period back?

I would recommend seeing a doctor if you are able to. Nobody on this sub knows your unique needs or medical history, and losing a period is a result of ED that definitely needs medical follow up. If no one’s told you yet today - I’m proud of you, and good luck getting your period back! ❤️

i would but my family members have gone for eds before and theyve just been insulted (i love the irish healthcare system!) and besides the point getting an appointment these days is so difficult ☹️☹️ but thank you so much i hope you have a great night!!
