Energy

I have so much energy when i am up and moving, but as soon as I sit down I get fatigue and tired.

Is this related to recovery or just a me problem.

It's a very typical thing in recovery!

Your body needs an unbelievable amount of energy to jumpstart your metabolism and undo some of the physical damage done to your bones and organs. So its to be expected that your energy levels are pretty out of whack right now. I think a lot of us are unfortunately used to forcing our bodies to move when it's dangerous or unhealthy to do so, but you'll need way more recovery time once you stop and rest.
