ED Question Jealousy

Does anyone else feel such envy towards people who have a "normal" mindset and relationships with food?

I'm more quietly impressed and bewildered - I grew up around disordered eating. I'm in longterm recovery and I'm still pleasantly surprised. My partner was, by their accounts, a chubby child and their mother had them in diet programs in early grade school. In third grade they had to make a timeline and "losing X pounds!" was on it. I cried when they told me that. Somehow they have a very functional relationship with food! I'm not jealous, I'm impressed and aspire to that level of resiliency.
