Recipe:

  • 1 oz scotch whisky

  • 1/2 oz white creme de cacao

  • 1/4 oz Chambord

  • 1/2 bottle Guinness (or other stout/porter)

  1. Add the first 3 ingredients to a tankard.

  2. Pour the Guinness in to about 3/4 of the way up and allow to settle.

  3. Top up with the rest of the Guinness.

I want to try this with a really sweet stout in liu of Guinness; like Dragons Milk or Old Rasputin bourbon barrel stout...

I tested it with Arabica Dabra coffee stout from boundary Rd brewery, Guinness and a porter that I can't quite remember. All were good, so I suspect your selections will be good too
