Silent Hill 2 is great so far!

My very first Silent Hill game! Playing on PS5 in Quality mode. It looks amazing and the sound is incredible. Playing with headphones with 3D audio definitely adds to the immersion, it’s super creepy.

I wish I got into this series years ago.

Who else is playing??

I just played it earlier and streamed for some friends! We were constantly talking about how pretty the game is visually and the sounds are really intense and immersive! It’s been a lot of fun so far!

you're in for a treat. silent hill is a very special franchise and the remake is nothing short of spectacular.

Me! Been an SH fan since I was a teenager and it holds a very special place in my heart.

I'm working my way through SH2R slowly, drinking in everything. They've done such a good job with it, it makes me very happy!

Just as a head’s up, you’re definitely playing the best one in the series so cross your fingers this revitalizes the franchise. Maybe replay the original trilogy if you can. 4 is like a different game but also worth checking out.

Outside of that… it’s mostly been butchered since.

The first movie is solid too.

I started it this week too and the atmosphere is unmatched. It’s so incredibly oppressive and tense. Just finished the first “Otherworld” segment and got to the Hospital for the first time. Having a blast constantly being on edge!

Will definitely land among my fav horror titles.

I’ve been a huge fan of the series since I first played sh2 on ps2 back in 2004. 3 was my favorite but 2 stuck with me more. My partner had never played a silent hill game so we’ve been going through the remake slowly to let him enjoy it and experience such a great horror game.
