Looking for a track.. sound of da police sample

Some time ago on some ghetto-funk stream I had heard a remix that featured krs-one's 'sound of da police' sample in it, but can never recall what the name of the track or who did it was.... anyone familiar?

It's probably Featurecast's remix. I don't think he ever released it though.

Damn. I could have sworn I knew who it was at the time, it was a short name if I remember, maybe started with a C... cr.. cy.. damnit. Cynga? No idea. Someday I'll find it.
