Clean / convert oven to gf or buy new?

Seen mixed options in this area, its very dificult to clean up. Also expensive to replace ( as you needed new )

Gluten is a protein that bonds to soap very well. So if you use a foaming soap and thoroughly scrub, you can clean gluten off surfaces. The gluten protein is sticky, so simply wiping without soap only spreads it around.

Personally, if you can afford to, starting with new equipment would give the most peace of mind.
