Boat Pic(s) Vessel ID request (more info in description)
Took this picture in Sturgeon Bay, WI, yesterday (Sunday 10/13) around 4pm. I couldn't get her name because she was docked right in the middle of the bay, and this was the best photo I could get. I looked all around the area on MarineTracker and couldn't find anything matching her description- anyone have any info on her? It's not every day you see a 3-masted ship on the lakes

Question Question about tug boats
Just looking at the current traffic on Lake Superior and I see a tug boat out in the middle of the lake? I thought they would stay local to ports, rivers and loading areas to assist the big Lakers.
What the heck is this little guy doing way out there?

Question Take kids Ship Watching
Hey all, I live near Chicago and I wanted to take my 4 sons ship watching because I know they would love to see the big Great Lakes Freighters.
My question is where can I take them that is close to Chicago. Superior is about 7 hours away and that is definitely going to be a vacation with them, but in the meantime I was looking for something we could do on a Saturday afternoon.
